Long Term sites are full hookups, including water, sewer, electric, wifi, and TV. When calling or adding your name to the waitlist, please be sure to specify if you will need 30 Amp or 50 Amp electric. Our rates are all inclusive and not metered. Once we confirm that a spot is available for you, we will collect a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot that will then be converted into a security deposit upon your arrival to be returned to you upon departure provided your site is in good repair and no damage is evident.
Rates per 4 weeks:
30 Amp: $945 ($895 if paid with cash/money order)
50 Amp: $970 ($920 if paid with cash/money order)
50 Amp Deluxe: $995 ($945 if paid with cash/money order)
